Maintenance of the Qualify.Net training system as a central training management system
Creation, maintenance and expansion of qualification profiles according to role concepts and tracking of training management
Interface and contact person for training managers and supervisors regarding training profile, training planning and implementation
Coordination with and guidance of local training managers on the use of the training system
Interface to the change management regarding the classification of the areas to be trained
Representation of the topic at internal and external audits and authority inspections
Interface to the steering of documents and records regarding role concepts and system administration
Supervision of the organizational process of the training/effectiveness verifications
Collaboration on general topics in the QM area
What you offer
Successfully completed training or studies in the commercial, technical or social field
Several years of experience in training coordination in a regulated environment (medical technology, pharmaceutical sector)
Practical experience in working with medical technology / GMP guidelines desirable (e.g. ISO 13485, EU-GMP)
Knowledge of QM system requirements
Very independent and self-reliant way of working
Analytical approach and approach
High communication and good presentation skills
Very good knowledge of MS-Office and a QM system
Very good German and good English skills
