Your responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate the transfer of drug delivery devices from Development to Manufacturing
  • Particiape in development design reviews include review of technical drawings (especially plastic parts with focus on manufacturability by injection molding)
  • Communication with production site and scheduling of project specific tasks
  • Plan, prepare and carry out infrastructure investments and process qualification (internal and external production processes)
  • Identification of optimization potential in existing production processes
  • Lead external suppliers on operating equipment and production processes
  • Collaboration in the definition of processes at external suppliers

What you offer

  • Completed studies in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, Mechatronics, medical technology)
  • At least 3 years of experience in process development or design transfer of medical devices
  • Experience with injection molding, automated assembly, and clean room assembly preferred
  • Knowledge of documentation of production equipment in a medical device environment
  • Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Motivated team player, flexible, high level of problem-solving skills, self-initiative, and independence
