Your responsibility

Cross-functionally responsible for the workflows, data and processes of all departments that have proAlpha (ERP) in use.

Core activities include:

  • Steering of control flows / control determination (control key)
  • Process in production control with connection to cost accounting / controlling
  • Data transfer via INBW
  • Error determination and cause elimination
  • Distribution of workflows according to task areas, within the ERP system
  • Reconciliation of data for the respective country clients
  • Support of the production sites
  • Data quality management
  • Maintain value flows, account groups, costing groups and revenue groups

What you offer

  • A successfully completed degree (e.g. business informatics, computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, engineering) or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • High IT affinity and ERP knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • A high level of commitment and flexibility coupled with a strong team spirit
